You can delete your Crayon Wish account yourself, at any time, without contacting us. It takes about thirty seconds and it cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself

1. Open crayonwish.com/#account, or open the Crayon Wish app and go to Family.
2. Sign in if you are not already.
3. Choose Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, straight away:

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Every child profile under your account, including their usernames and passwords.
• Every coloring page and drawing made on your account, and the image files behind them.
• Any pages made from photos you uploaded, and their image files.
• Your colorings, favourites, and your family gallery.

Any active subscription is cancelled as part of the same step. You will not be billed again.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep only what the law requires us to keep: billing and tax records of payments you already made, held by our payment processor for the period required by law. These records are not used for anything else and are not linked to your deleted pages. Nothing else is retained.

Photos you upload to turn into coloring pages are never stored at all — they are converted and discarded immediately, whether or not you ever delete your account.

If you cannot sign in

Email roman@ctfdesigns.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply to confirm. We aim to do this within 7 days and will not take longer than 30.

Deleting one child, not the whole account

If you only want to remove one child, you do not need to delete your account. In Family, remove that child's profile. Their profile data is deleted; pages they made stay in your family gallery, no longer linked to a child.
